Happiness - Discipline And Self-control

I realize that we usually have a goal at the back of our mind that we have want to achieve. Now, we really want to pursuit our Happiness, you put in efforts in thinking positive and day after day, you tried to be Happy. You start to 'relax' and allow your normal self to gain control again. You begin to live like the way that you term as "unhappy". You start thinking negative thoughts that you wouldn't never be Happy again (Never say never!) and started to be sad.
Usually, at the start, we will put in our best efforts in following the tips to be Happy as we are motivated in making ourselves happy. After some time, we start to lack the discipline and perseverance in continuing and 'obediently' follow the tips! Life is a trade off between instant pleasure and long term reward. Eventually, we lose the will to become happy and forgot the reasons why we want to be happy.

I am sure you would rather be always Happy than just be Happy for now. Am I not right? Since, we already know what we really want and the exact reasons for wanting to be Happy. Isn't it being easier for us to have self control and be more discipline in order to pursuit our Happiness? Unless the reasons are not strong or clear enough, I believe that we are able to do it.

So, we must begin to have discipline in following the steps in making us happy and continue to do that even when we are very down. Gradually, our sub-conscious mind will register it and you be able to be happy and you be smiling at others without you even knowing it.

Sometime, we may not have 'that self-discipline', then, we need to get it from other place and let our life 'control' by others. However, when you are self-disciplined, you don't need to get discipline from anyway and the destiny of your life is in your own hands! We can choose to be HAPPY!
